All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products — lyophilized peptide research compounds intended for in vitro laboratory use only — all sales are considered final. We are unable to accept returns on opened or used products to ensure the integrity and safety of our research-grade materials.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of the damage or defect
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately through our website.
